2007 Winning Short Film From over 800 entries the Angel Film Festival screened 65 short films over the course of two weeks in central Islington. 13 of these shortlisted films were shown in a grand final at the Vue Cinema in the N1 centre on 30th September, at which the winner film, as voted for by the viewing public and our panel of judges) was announced.WINNER: The Watchman
 Every year, around thirty-eight people throw themselves to their deaths at Beachy Head. Keith, an Eastbourne window cleaner, now devotes his life to guarding this eight mile stretch of coastline.
